Summary	User Id is hardcoded in the Notification System footer file
Description	<p>When checking for notifications in the footer.php file in the Notification System plugin, the user_is is hard coded to '2' on line 7.  This was probably used for testing and line 6 should be commented in and line 7 commented out.</p> <p>When checking for notifications in the footer.php file in the Notification System plugin, the user_is is hard coded to '2' on line 7.  This was probably used for testing and line 6 should be commented in and line 7 commented out.</p>
